I think this is in Hangzhou. My friend who lives in China (in Hangzhou) has sent me photographs of the same bar.

In the background I can see photographs of dead people (MM, Saddam, Arafat), almost dead people (Maggie Thatcher, Castro), and politically dead people (George Bush - AKA 'Boy George').

I think the photograph of the Chinese man is a past president of China.
