 This is my prefered butcher, giving me my shredded pork.

He NEVER drops any ash into the meats.

 I heard a 'crunch', turned, and saw this.

The taxi pulled over to see if the guy was OK. He wasn't.

 

They said it was OK for me to take photographs. I asked!

 This is as close as you'll get to a 'kebab' in China.

It isn't Muslim - it's pork. I ate four for lunch, today. DELICIOUS!!
