The steps to retrieve a Saved File, or to find a job you ordered previously, are simple.

 

First, log in, and you will then be taken to the "Members Entry" Page. Click on the "View my Design Online saved designs (Portfolio)" text - see the below image.

 

You will then be taken to the page shown below. If there are saved files, they will be shown on this page, and you click on the file that you want to alter or order.

 

If the file has already been used for a job that you ordered, then click on the "My Orders" tab (see the arrow on the above image), and you will be taken to the "My Orders" page (see below).

 

You then click on the image of the file that you want to alter or order (see the arrow on the above image). You will then be taken to the normal design online page where you can alter the design to your heart's content.
